Privilege of the Floor
The public is invited to attend all committee and board meetings. Those who wish to address the Board regarding any topics discussed during the meeting should submit their name, contact information, and the topic of discussion in advance by telephone (716-853-0907), email ([email protected]), or mail (see the contact page).
Prior to the meeting's date, either a phone call or email is necessary to register to attend by Zoom. On the day of the meeting only requests by email will be honored. Attendees in person are not required to pre-register.
